One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates may be permanently suspended without notice, and any balances therein may be confiscated.
Clause 2.3
Accurate Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. 365ace will not be liable for delays or losses resulting from outdated account information that prevents us from processing a withdrawal or verification request.
Clause 2.4
Personal Use Only
Your 365ace account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access, use, or operate your account. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials, whether or not you authorised that activity.
3. Account Security and Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party, write them down in an insecure location, or use credentials that are easily guessable.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 365ace support immediately. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation. 365ace will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials or where you shared them voluntarily with another person.
We strongly recommend using a unique password not shared with any other website or application. All login sessions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. 365ace will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel other than the official login page.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
365ace processes all player funds in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in BDT and credited to your account wallet in BDT. We do not accept payments in foreign currencies at this time.
Clause 4.1
Minimum and Maximum Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment channel used. Specific limits are displayed on the deposit screen within your account dashboard.
Clause 4.2
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of identity verification. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the deposit where reasonably practicable.
Clause 4.3
Own Funds Only
You may only deposit funds that legitimately belong to you. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal activity, third-party payment accounts not registered in your name, or any method intended to circumvent our identity verification procedures.
Clause 4.4
Transaction Fees
365ace does not currently charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported BDT payment channels. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, for which 365ace accepts no responsibility.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
From time to time, 365ace offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional benefits to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the point of offer and form part of the overall agreement.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
- Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.
- Abuse of promotions — including using multiple accounts, structuring deposits to repeatedly trigger welcome offers, or coordinating play with other users — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.
- 365ace reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at its sole discretion, including in cases where a technical error or pricing mistake has caused an offer to be displayed incorrectly.
- Seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL season, and IPL season are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms published on the promotions page at the time of the offer.
6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
Players must use the 365ace platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances without prior notice.
Clause 6.1
Fraudulent Activity
Any attempt to defraud 365ace or other players, including through chargeback fraud, identity fraud, use of stolen payment credentials, or deliberate manipulation of game outcomes, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may be referred to relevant authorities.
Clause 6.2
Software Exploitation
You must not use automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players. Any bets or winnings generated through such means are void.
Clause 6.3
Collusion and Match Fixing
Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino, poker, or sports betting markets is strictly forbidden. 365ace monitors betting patterns for irregularities and will void and investigate any suspicious activity.
Clause 6.4
Money Laundering
365ace maintains strict anti-money-laundering (AML) controls. You must not use the platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds obtained through illegal activity. We are obligated to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable laws and internal compliance procedures.
7. Game Rules, Errors, and Dispute Resolution
All games available on the 365ace platform are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). In the event of any conflict between the game-level rules and these Terms, the game provider's rules take precedence for matters directly related to game mechanics and outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or communication failure during a game session or bet settlement, 365ace reserves the right to void the affected round or wager. We will make reasonable efforts to restore a player to their pre-error position. If restoration is not possible, the affected bet will be refunded at its original stake value. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical error are not payable.
If you believe a game outcome or settlement decision was made in error, you must raise a formal dispute with our support team within seven (7) calendar days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. Our support team will investigate and respond within ten (10) business days. All dispute decisions made by 365ace are final.
8. Responsible Gaming Obligations
365ace is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of player-protection tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players who feel that their gambling is becoming unmanageable are strongly encouraged to use these tools.
By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are gambling with funds you can afford to lose, that gambling does not represent a source of income for you, and that you are not in a self-excluded status from any other platform. If you are currently self-excluded from any gambling platform, you must not register with 365ace.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the 365ace platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of 365ace or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from 365ace.
Game content, including software, audio, and visual assets, remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi). Any unauthorised use of game content is prohibited and may result in legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365ace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings due to technical errors, internet connectivity failures, third-party payment processing delays, or your own failure to comply with these Terms.
Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the incident. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our gross negligence.
11. Account Closure and Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting 365ace support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses and subject to our standard identity verification procedures.
365ace reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where we have reason to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, balances may be withheld pending investigation or permanently forfeited.
